TriMac Engineering was founded in 2015 by two generations of engineers who share a passion for delivering technical excellence in engineering while providing outstanding client service.
Brothers Joel and Andrew MacNeil, along with their father, Blair, combined their decades of experience across industrial, commercial and institutional sectors, and developed a team that has grown to over 10, that shares their same values to support clients throughout Atlantic Canada.

One of the greatest challenges facing today’s Generations is our changing Climate. The technological and scientific world knows that as we Engineer the future, we must do so in the way minimizes impacts to our natural environment and resources. We believe this to be an obligation of the Engineering Profession as a whole. TriMac Engineering’s long term initiatives center around these ideas.

We aspire to give back and support our communities through a variety of ways, such as supporting local food banks, and supporting local fundraising campaigns and initiatives. It helps strengthen the social fabric of our communities. After all, we don’t just work here, we live here.
Ethics and Integrity
As Engineers, we are bound to a Professional Code of Ethics. In fact, Canadian Engineers wear the Iron Ring, a symbolic constant reminder of the Obligation and Ethics we are sworn to, and the burden of duty we bear to the health and safety of the Public. We extend this further, as it is our belief Engineers must have an Environmental and Social obligation as well. This is our vision of Engineering in the modern Era.
